The REAL Secret To Big Paydays Online
I am sure you have received an email that has a subject line that goes something
like this … “How Joe Made $38,765 in 48 Hours”
Is it hype or reality?
Can you really make big money online?
And can you do it in such a short period of time?
Yes, and no.
Usually these type of emails are written in such a way to grab your attention, they
are used to appeal to a hot button of creating cash quickly. Something that almost
everyone wants to be able to do.
Unfortunately, these emails leave out quite a few details - details that are important
for creating the big paydays online. I suspect that if these emails included the details
then the sender would lose quite a few sales in the process.
Because the details actually involve doing some work.
These emails usually imply that ‘Joe’ tossed together a product, sent out an email,
and sat back and watched the money roll in.
Most new Internet marketers, and affiliate marketers, never succeed online because
they think that this is the formula for making the big money. Unfortunantely its not.
If it were really that easy everyone would be doing it, and everyone would be having
great success.
Let’s get real for a minute. In order to make $38,765 you would have to either sell
something like an ebook for $10 - which would mean you would need to sell 3877
copies, or you would have to sell a big ticket item.
Selling 3877 ebooks is not very likely, not in such a short time frame. And selling big
ticket items is even less likely because no one will fork over large sums of cash that
easily, not without having a very good reason.
Yet, most of the time when you hear of an Internet marketer have a big payday, it
resulted from selling big ticket items. Why? Because it is easier to sell 10 - 15 high
price items than it is to sell 3877 low price items.
Sounds like I contradicted myself, doesn’t it? It is hard to sell high priced items because
no one will hand over that kind of money - yet that is how the big payoffs are done?
So the question should be, ‘What Did Joe Do In Order To Make $38,765 in 48 Hours?’
The sad reality is that these emails only offer a small piece of the puzzle - the piece
that sounds good - how ‘Joe’ made money quickly.
It is only a piece of the formula - the very last piece.
There are actually quite a few steps in the formula for making big money online.
Steps, that if followed, will usually result in the big paydays.
These emails are implying that that ‘Joe’ went from start to finish in only 48 hours
- and made all that money.
The reality is ‘Joe’ probably started anywhere from 30 days to 6 months before, followed
the steps in the formula, and then sent the promotional email - which resulted in sales
of $38,765 in 48 Hours.
Joe’s overnight success was really several weeks to several months.
So what are the steps in the formula?
1) Pre, pre-launch - The first step in the formula. Before you even have a product.
2) Pre-launch - Once you have the product in place (or still putting on the finishing touches)
3) Launch - The day you release the product (and where Joe made the big money)
Each of these steps have several strategies and methods that lead to the next step and the big payday.
